Wine and Olive Oil Tasting

The land among Itri, Sperlonga and Fondi has been called Caecubus Ager in the antique Roman time. This territory was mentioned as the land of Cecubo wine by historian Pliny the Elder and by antique poet – Horace.
After 2000 years the antique tradition of winery becomes real again. We invite you for the local wine and extra virgin olive oil tasting to the farm where the roman winery heritage is respected and the organic farming methods get used.

Tasting duration approx. 2 h:
–Walk through the vineyards (grape varieties Abbuoto, Serpe, Vermentino, Fiano etc.), cork and olive trees and pomegranate
– Visit of wine cellar in the manor house
– Tasting the selection of wines and/or extra virgin olive oil together with some local products
